What’s Been Going On This Past Week?

Hey everyone!

Just wanted to give an update on everything that has been going on this past week. Really, the past few weeks have been crazy for me. This past week, you probably noticed that I was not able to publish any new posts. This was due to the fact that I had no wifi. My family and I moved. We still live in the same town, but we moved closer to church, work, and basically everything. It has been awesome!

Although I have been giving some updates on twitter, the blog has been left alone for the past week. Even though this has happened, I have been working behind the scenes on some things for the blog. I have been working on some awesome series ideas and projects.

I am really excited to launch some of these things in the coming weeks. I am also excited to attend a mission trip in a few weeks. In just two weeks, the youth group and I will head to Virginia to share the love of Jesus with the people up there.

While I am out, I will need a few people to take over the blog. I am looking for a few guest posters to publish a post on my site. I have emailed some of you, but if you are interested, please send me an email. I will give you all of the details.  It would really help me out a lot while I am out.

Other than all of the crazy stuff involved in moving, I have had a great time hanging with friends and golfing. In fact, I shot the best round of my life last week! I had an eagle and a few birdies. I almost shot par, but ended up a few strokes over. I blew it on the last few holes…next time, I will get my revenge on the course! haha

    Sounds like exciting times for you and your family Brandon. 

    I returned on Monday from a whitewater rafting trip with a couple of friends. Such a blast! Other than that, it’s been pretty much normal.

      Yes. It has been a lot, but our new house is closer to everything in town. Church is right down the road.

      Whitewater rafting is awesome! Where was it?

        Sounds like it’s a good move though. Hope it stays as exciting as it is!

        We took a long drive down to West Virginia. It was awesome. Made even more interesting by the power outage that a storm brought the night before we arrived.

    My hubby and I watched some golf this weekend (on tv :) ). He knows the game but am totally clueless. He spent some time explaining some terminologies and i now feel like a pro (pro-watcher..lol)
