Are You Waiting In Expectation For God?

One thing that most Christians desire is for God to show Himself in people’s lives. I posted a tweet yesterday that challenged others to think about the expectation of God showing up in one’s life.

I believe that many Christians do not expect God to show up. Instead, they hope that God will show up.

It is important to live the Christian life with the expectation that God will do great things. God is willing to show up and do great things if we allow Him. Sometimes, it is easy to only hope and not expect God to do His perfect will.

Let’s live with the passion and expectation that God will invade our lives to do His perfect will. All we have to do is follow God’s will!

Are you living in expectation that God will do great things through you and others around you?

So true, so true.  Never lose your sense of expectation in God. He is the only one that we can place our expectation. Remember true expectation spreads from heart to heart as you walk in your purpose before man.

I can’t agree with you more! I like how you said that expectation spreads from heart to heart.

Amen Brandon, faith goes beyond ‘hope’ to belief. Expecting God to show up and do what He said He would do.

Great thoughts Brandon. I find it very easy to get sidetracked and stop expecting God to do great things. Heck, sometimes I doubt him for the little things as well.

It is easy to do. We always need a good reminder. Thanks for sharing!
