A Review of My 2012

Wow! It’s hard to believe that 2012 is almost over! This past year brought many opportunities as well as many challenges. In my personal life, 2012 has brought me many great things. In just a few short months, I will be starting college. I am thankful for everything God has blessed me with this past year. I have been able to connect with many people and develop friendships with some awesome people. In my personal life, 2012 was a great year!

Now it’s time to talk about the blog specifically. This past year was an interesting year for the blog. I decided to switch over to self-hosted WordPress to expand the opportunities. I believe that this was a smart move.

Traffic has not increased much, but email subscribers have increased dramatically. I anticipate an even bigger increase in 2013!

I have some awesome ideas for 2013, but I can only produce them with your help! I am thinking of about 3 new series to launch. Depending on the response, these could produce an ebook. I would really like to write an ebook this year, but it all depends on the amount of people who would actually want it.

I am also thinking of incorporating some video blogs and video interviews with people. This is obviously still in the preliminary stages of development, so I would love to hear what you all think about it!

So here are a few questions for you as we move into 2013:

Would you be interested in video blogs/video interviews?

Would you want to see an ebook release in 2013?

What topics would you like to see on the blog in 2013?

I would greatly appreciate your feedback! To respond, just leave a comment here!

Brandon, I would love to read your book if you chose to write one. Video blogs would be really cool because I am very visual and I am not sure what topics you should do specifically…I think you should write whatever is on your heart that will bring glory to God’s kingdom :)

Thanks for your comment, Katelyn! I will continue to have posts that relate to the purpose of this site- “Amplifying God’s Kingdom!” I’m thinking of some new series and stuff right now to make it more enjoyable here on the site. The ultimate goal is to have a community on here rather than just a few posts every week.
I hope you have a great New Year!

Yes, Yes, and more “stretching” thoughts on following Christ in your world.  Happy New Year!
